The Toronto Cathay Lions Club Inauguration Charity Ball was held on August 16, 2003 at the Hilton Suite Hotel. Funds raised will be donated to our Education Fund. All the Officers and Directors of the Club were installed by District Governor Bill Dicks. Prersident Alpha Lai and Chair Frank Woo gave the Opening Remark and Welcome Speech and Secretary Dr Kai Ming Kan delivered the Annual Report. Awards were presented to Chairs, Co-chairs of various events. About 400 guests attended the Ball. Details of the Speeches, Annual Report and Officers of the Club can be viewed at this website.
