The Annual Fund Raising Dinner of Ai-Cheng Mandarin Chinese School was held on Jan 31, 2003 at the Grand Baccus Banquet & Convention Centre. Toronto Cathay Lions Club is a long term sponsor of the School. This year Toronto Cathay Lions Club donated $1,000 to Ai-Cheng Chinese School. Alpha Lai, Daniel Wong, Dundas Kwok, Raymond Lee, Jackie Lai and Kai Ming Kan attended the Event. Alpha Lai, Kai Ming Kan,P.D.G.and Raymond Lee were recognized by and presented with Certificates of Award by the Hon Alvin Curling, C.D.,M.P.P. for their involvement and contribution in promoting Chinese heritage and language enriching Canadian cultural diverse society.
