Mr John Tsang, Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology of Hong Kong Special Adminstrative Region, visited Toronto on November 15, 2004.
Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office organized an evening reception for Mr. Tsang to meet with Toronto Chinese community leaders. President Henry Yeung, Past President Alpha Lai and Secretary Dr. Kai Ming Kan P.D.G. attended the reception at Kind Edward Hotel.
